Our two- and three-room apartments/units are especially designed for students and differ from the classic two-bedroom apartments. The units are planned to meet the needs of the young people who need privacy and silence to study or rest at any hour of the day and night, without disturbing other students, even if they share the same unit.
The three-room apartments/units generally consist of one bedroom apartment and a studio and are particularly suitable for two or three friends or colleagues / a single person and a couple for example/, who want to stay close and still do not prefer to share a room.
Unit 27 is located on the forth floor of the building at 6, Kavala Str. and consists of the beautiful Sunny Santorini Studio and Serafina Luxury Apartment. Each of the apartments has its own bathroom and kitchen compartment, as well as air conditioners with remote control
Sunny Santorini Studio overlooks the inner courtyard of the building and is therefore very quiet. There is a very nice balcony. The room is supplied with an airconditioner with a remote control. The studio consists of a dining compartment with a dining table and four chairs, a kitchen compartment with a washing machine, oven, hotplates and a fridge and a living space compartment with a sofa /which turns easily into a double bed/, tempered glass coffee table. There is 32″ LED TV set as well a modern furniture system with a triple wardrobe, cupboard with 3 drawers and a tv compartment. The bed is a double king size bed with an ergonomic mattress with a mechanism, which provides a huge storage space underneath. Two night tables with lamps are there to provide comfort for reading at night. The private bathroom is modern in light and dark wood patterns and is supplied with a shower, sink with a crystal mirror and a waterheater. In the corridor there is a modern set of closet for shoes, hanger and a mirror.
The second part of Unit 27 is one bedroom flat – Serafina Luxury Apartment The apartment overlooks the green park to the West of the building and is therefore very quiet and sunny. There is a nice balcony in front of the living room. Each room is supplied with an airconditioner with a remote control. The flat consists of a spacy living room with a sofa /which turns easily to a double bed/ and a tempered glass coffee table; dining compartment with a tempered glass dining table and 4 chairs, a kitchen compartment with a washing machine, oven, hotplates and a fridge. There is 32″ LED TV set in the living room. In case the renter needs a second TV for the bedroom, we provide it on request. The bedroom also overlooks the park. There is a triple wardrobe and a closet with 3 drawers. The bed is modern double queen size bed with an ergonomic mattress with a mechanism, which provides a huge storage space underneath. Two night tables with lamps are there to provide comfort for reading at night. All appliances in the unit /air conditioner, fridge, water heater, oven, hotplates, washing machine, TV, etc./ are energy saving to provide low utility costs of the students.
Each part of the unit has its own measuring appliances for electricity and water consumption and offers the possibility of permanent monitoring of the costs by the accommodation person.
Until September 1st we offer our units at promotional prices. The discount of 20 EUR per unit per month /from the sum of the renting price of the two studios / is applicable to the whole term of the contract /at least 1 year/ and does not go together with other discounts.
